Mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing. Replies typically come within a few days from a working reefkeeper, not a support team.
What gets a fast response
- Corrections backed by a primary citation. If a number on the site contradicts a Randy Holmes-Farley article, a manufacturer's published PDF, or a peer-reviewed paper, send the link and the page URL. These get fixed same-day.
- Embed requests from real reef sites. Link to your blog and the page where you want to drop the calculator iframe.
- Bug reports with reproduction steps. "The kalkwasser calc shows 0 when I enter X" — include the inputs, browser, and what you expected.
What gets a slow response
- Tank diagnostic questions. We are not a livestock vet service. Post on Reef2Reef for that.
- Affiliate or referral pitches. The site has no affiliate links and is unlikely to add them.
- SEO tools, link-building, or guest-post inquiries. Hard pass.
- Generic outreach ("we'd love to discuss a partnership"). Be specific or be ignored.
For developers
If you want to embed a calculator on your reef blog, the iframe snippet for every calculator is on its individual calculator page, in the "Share / embed this calculator" expander. No email needed for that — just grab the snippet. See terms for the embed rules.
