Photosynthetically Active Radiation. 400–700 nm. Measured in µmol photons/m²/s.
What corals can use for photosynthesis. SPS targets 200–400, LPS 75–150, softies 50–150. Apogee MQ-510 is the standard hobby meter (with built-in underwater correction factor of 1.25).
